Lisa Roberts, MS, RD

Lisa Roberts, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian and nutrition counselor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition, her master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences, and went on to complete her dietetic internship in Child Nutrition through Utah State University. Lisa holds an AND Certificate of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management, Food Allergies, and Nutrition in Kidney Disease. She has also completed an ESI program on the division of responsibility in child feeding and taken additional courses on feeding children with special needs. Lisa has counseled patients in dialysis centers, foster programs, health clinics, and WIC offices. She has also taught classes for health plans and provided instruction for university courses. Lisa has consulted for insurance companies, medical groups, and school districts. She has also given presentations at community centers and schools and has served as a nutrition expert on various collaboratives and councils. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Brianna Vanyo

Brianna Vanyo, MS, RD

Brianna Vanyo, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian and nutrition counselor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition Science, her master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, and went on to complete her dietetic internship through Loma Linda University Medical Center and Perris Elementary School District. Brianna holds an ANHI Certificate of Training in Neonatal Nutrition and another in Pediatric Malnutrition. She has also taken additional courses on Medical Nutrition Therapy in both malnutrition and obesity. Brianna has counseled patients in hospitals, school districts, and specialty practices. She has also taught classes for high schools and has appeared as a nutrition expert for a local television network. Brianna has also had her research presented at the Food and Nutrition Conference and Expo as well as had it published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Colleen Cooke

Colleen Cooke, MS, RD

Colleen Cooke, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian and nutrition counselor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, her master’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Sciences, and went on to complete her dietetic internship through the University of Nevada, Reno. Colleen holds an AND Certificate of Training in Diabetes, Nutrition in Kidney Disease, and Nutrition in Oncology. She has also taken additional courses on chronic diseases and exercise science. Colleen has counseled patients in cardiac rehabilitation, outpatient eating disorder treatment programs, rural clinics, and sports medicine. She has also taught classes for hospitals and provided instruction for a weight-loss clinic. Colleen has also given presentations at community outreach programs and large-scale endurance events, including Disney Marathons and Nike Women’s Half Marathons. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Michelle Trotter 2

Michelle Trotter, MS, RD

Michelle Trotter, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian and nutrition counselor. She earned her bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology (Applied Health Science) and Dietetics, her master’s degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, and went on to complete her dietetic internship through Grand Canyon University. Michelle holds a certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist. She has also taken additional courses on athletic training, human performance, and sports nutrition. Michelle has counseled patients in dialysis centers, hospitals, and school districts. She has also taught classes for elementary schools and has served as a leader for a cooking program for children. Michelle has also given presentations on physical activity for adults with kidney disease, diabetes, and general health, as well as on nutrition for adults with neurodegenerative diseases.

Stephanie Roston

Stephanie Roston, RD

Stephanie Roston, RD is a Registered Dietitian and nutrition counselor. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition and went on to complete her dietetic internship in Medical Dietetics through the University of Missouri, Columbia. Stephanie holds a certification from the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Health as a Professional Chef. She has also taken additional courses on gut health, intuitive eating, and plant-based nutrition. Stephanie has counseled patients in health clinics, hospitals, and oncology programs. She has also taught classes for research studies and provided instruction for wellness corporations. Stephanie has consulted on menu creation, nutrient analyses, and recipe writing for private clients and professional athletes. She has also given presentations on cancer prevention and survivorship, as well as served as a culinary nutritionist for a lifestyle medicine program for adults with chronic diseases.
